With the responsibility for global sales growth of the Division, through focused targeting, market segmentation and product positioning, we were able to double the previous years revenue within 2 years. Attended global networking conferences, trade and industry events in over 40 Countries. Wrote industry papers and as a Speaker, presented to delegates of up to 2000 people.

Having successfully completed the highly regarded ' Solution Sales' training and follow on 'Coaching' programme, I mentored, managed and advised 'High Performing' Sales Teams, to help us successfully overdrive divisional revenue targets of $500m, and respective company annual operating plan $15bn. When challenging business conditions presented themselves, we reviewed, assessed and innovated, capitalising on trusted business relationships, new industry intelligence and customer needs.
